In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various Products and Campaigns, including key initiatives through our regional teams. Your efforts will be instrumental in implementing strategies that provide value to both the channel and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful operational execution of strategies across campaigns and product portfolios, meeting essential milestones.
  • Analyze audience needs, customizing delivery methods to maximize engagement, while identifying new avenues to enhance existing activities.
  • Oversee project timelines, monitor progress against milestones, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting and communication frameworks in partnership with internal stakeholders to evaluate regional performance.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager to assist in crafting regional strategies, interim performance evaluations, and post-campaign assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of internal and supporter-facing communications to boost overall engagement with campaigns and products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate the creation of supporter-oriented fundraising materials, manage budgets, and oversee expenditure and reporting.
  • Act as the primary contact for campaign-related inquiries.
  • Identify and support recommendations for the future enhancement of campaigns and products in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in channel and audience development initiatives, creating and implementing strategies to effectively execute Product & Portfolio objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for all supporters.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing tight deadlines and personal workload.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven experience in stakeholder management at all levels, fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in project management and/or innovation processes, demonstrating effective planning and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Track record of contributing to high-performing teams, consistently achieving and surpassing KPIs and targets.
  • Strategic thinking aptitude.
  • Understanding of fundraising principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and a willingness to learn about fundraising policies and laws.
