About the Role

Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute ABM Strategies: Create and implement short-term and long-term ABM plans that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Customer Analysis and Insights: Provide in-depth customer analysis to identify potential demand, solution white space, target personas, and engagement mapping.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with the strategic sales team and product marketing manager to align our GTM strategy with customer needs.
  • Value Proposition Development: Develop targeted value propositions and customer-centric collateral and campaigns that resonate with our customers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Report on account advocacy, retention, engagement, and other core KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Product and Service Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to our customers.
  • Content Creation and Collaboration: Work with the sales team, content manager, copywriters, and design agencies to create case studies, testimonials, and decks that showcase our customer success stories.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Utilization: Leverage our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Google, WordPress) to share insights, provide reporting, tracking, and accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer-centric marketing, with a suitable marketing qualification and a strong understanding of the B2B technology marketplace.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of crafting account-based marketing plans that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills, a good understanding of customer analysis, and the ability to utilize engagement data to full potential. Excellent customer-facing, relationship-building, and internal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), account prospecting lists, intent tools (Zoominfo, Demandbase, Cognism), and PowerPoint. Strong project management skills to coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, messaging, contact data, content assets mix, and timing to customer-centric campaign execution.
  • Agency and Content Team Experience: Experience partnering with external agencies and influencing internal content and creative teams. Experience in planning and maintaining ABM campaign budgets and proving value and ROI.
  • Adaptability and Reactivity: The ability to react and dynamically respond to the needs of the sales team and business, constantly seeking to expand reach and opportunities in active accounts.
