About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at Bodhi. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for devising and supporting digital campaigns to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaign requirements
  • Coordinate campaign activity across European regions and head office
  • Provide campaign briefs to the Operations team and act as a liaison between this team and clients
  • Coordinate Taxi (CMS) for communications
  • Provide insights to inform business decisions across our European CRM division
  • Work with marketing colleagues to develop and deliver insight-driven CRM targeting, personalization, measurement, and optimization across multiple digital channels
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience using Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM and digital marketing technologies
  • Adobe Campaign certification (Business Practitioner) is a plus
