Client Services Account Manager - Digital Brand Campaigns

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Account Manager to join our Digital Ad-network team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships post-sale of campaign and act as the main point of contact.
  2. Client Retention: Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and proactive communication.
  3. Workflow Coordination: Work with internal teams to coordinate a smooth workflow for all managed campaigns.
  4. Campaign Performance Analysis: Provide insight into campaign performance to clients and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. New Business Development: Work to generate new business and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Experience managing client accounts for digital ad campaigns.
  2. Campaign Metrics Understanding: Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.).
  3. Campaign Analysis: Good level of campaign analysis and third-party reporting systems.
