Senior Digital Account Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Account Executive to join our Client Success team at Digital Waffle. As a Senior Digital Account Executive, you will play a key role in facilitating growth, driving profitability, and influencing sales for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including the Google Stack and other key platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of campaign success and ROI.
Requirements
- At least one year's worth of digital agency experience, preferably in a client services role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decision-making and build strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing mix and ability to develop effective campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
