Account Manager Job Description

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet client objectives
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, agency side
  • Personal care, beauty, or FMCG experience is essential
  • A solid grasp of social media platforms and their influence on global brands
  • Prior experience in an agency or related field is essential
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships effectively, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule
