Job Title: Principal Account Manager

Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Principal Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a recruitment or digital sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
