Digital Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Telfer Digital, a dynamic digital services provider for the Built Environment sector. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Handle client feedback and proactively resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and track project progress using CRM and project management tools.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, project status, and client satisfaction metrics to senior management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency or in-house at a fast-paced technology company.
- Strong desire to take on challenges and thrive independently, with an eagerness to work in a start-up tech environment.
- You enjoy rolling your sleeves up and owning the delivery of projects. Proven track record of managing client relationships and projects successfully.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Obsessed with detail. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, onsite cleaning services, bicycle storage, showers, and free barista coffee.
- Flexible working hours, with optional work from home on Fridays.
