About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Telfer Digital Limited. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and track project progress using CRM and project management tools.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, project status, and client satisfaction metrics to senior management.
  • Have an understanding of website development, website hosting, website maintenance, and paid advertising to support client needs and service delivery.
  • Support the business development team by identifying potential opportunities for new business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency or in-house at a fast-paced technology company.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and projects successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
