Digital Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Telfer Digital Limited. As a key liaison between our company and clients, you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and track project progress using CRM and project management tools.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, project status, and client satisfaction metrics to senior management.
- Have an understanding of website development, website hosting, website maintenance, and paid advertising to support client needs and service delivery.
- Support the business development team by identifying potential opportunities for new business growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency or in-house at a fast-paced technology company.
- You enjoy rolling your sleeves up and owning the delivery of projects. Proven track record of managing client relationships and projects successfully.
