About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Account Executive to join our Client Success team at Digital Waffle. As a Senior Digital Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth, profitability, and sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, providing hands-off client management and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including the Google Stack and other key technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Provide regular campaign reporting and analysis, making complex data digestible for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably in a client services role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decisions and build strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing mix and ability to develop effective campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Stack and other key technologies.
