Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, providing hands-off client management and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including the Google Stack and other key technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Provide regular campaign reporting and analysis, making complex data digestible for non-technical stakeholders.
- At least one year of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably in a client services role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decisions and build strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing mix and ability to develop effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Stack and other key technologies.
