Digital Waffle is seeking a Senior Digital Account Executive to join our Client Success team in London. As a Senior Digital Account Executive, you will work closely with clients to drive growth, increase profitability, and influence sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including the Google Stack and other key platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns, including creative, media, and analytics.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- At least one year's experience in a digital agency environment, preferably in a client services role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decisions and build strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing mix and ability to develop effective campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
