About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Executive to join our team at Brown & Brown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer service and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and relationship building.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to engage with leads and develop introducer relationships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to review and advise on the most appropriate insurance solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present complex commercial insurance proposals to clients.
  • Monitor and review client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance broking, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
