About the Role

Expro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Advisor to join our Business Development team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability across our Europe and Sub-Sahara Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Quotations: Supervise and be responsible for all commercial quotations being issued to customers across ESSA, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Contract Negotiations: Improve profitability and enhance competitive advantage by accessing optimum contract rates and commercial terms with new and existing clients.
  • Business Development: Liaise with Sales and Client Account Managers to formulate RFQ responsibility matrices and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare forecasts of project P&L and analysis to support pricing decisions, working closely with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal departments.
  • Documentation: Compile commercial quotations and submit to clients complete with relevant signatures and documentation, ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and compliance with BD QMS.
  • Team Management: Guide the Commercial Analyst responsible for quotations, supervise the Commercial Analyst, and offer guidance where required.
  • Compliance: Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous working experience in a related commercial proposal type role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software, with knowledge of Salesforce and XAIT Porter systems an advantage.
