The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sales and a passion for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and exceeding client expectations through innovative solutions and exceptional service.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing key accounts. This will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, particularly the print estimator, to develop competitive and accurate proposals that meet client needs while maintaining profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by securing new clients and building a strong key account base
  • Identify, prioritize, and acquire clients within the defined target market, focusing on those with significant print needs and budgets aligned with company offerings
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with the print estimator to create proposals that meet client needs and maintain profitability
  • Provide detailed and regular updates on pipeline progress and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention
  • Strong understanding of the print industry and related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving license required
