Retail Training and Development Manager

Hawes & Curtis, a renowned luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes, and manage training paths for all stores.
- Collaborate with business managers to analyze competency gaps, identify training needs, and adapt training programs to meet business objectives.
- Manage the delivery and quality of training programs, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating training sessions.
- Conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales teams in implementing key learnings on the sales floor.
- Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail, is essential.
- Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills are required.
- Mature, confident, and positive mindset, with excellent people skills to work with diverse cultures and staff levels.
- A self-starter with solid organization and influencing skills, able to work autonomously.
- Client-centric and strong fashion sensibility.
- Possess a passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talents.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary.
