About the Role

Hawes & Curtis, a renowned luxury fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail staff.
  • Needs Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Training Delivery and Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure that our training programs meet the business needs.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide on-site coaching and mentoring to our sales staff to help them implement their key learnings on the sales floor.
  • Training KPIs and Metrics: Collect, monitor, and measure training KPIs to ensure the effectiveness and applicability of our training programs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Skills: Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills. Excellent communication and people skills.
