  • Support the HR team by fostering effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear guidance in line with the company's HR policies and procedures to ensure best employment practices.
  • Offer pragmatic solutions to management while considering legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records of case management on the designated system, ensuring proactive management of cases.
  • Collaborate with fellow HR Advisors to ensure a consistent approach to HR matters.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and utilize initiative effectively.
  • Exhibit commercial awareness and the capability to analyze complex issues, providing practical and innovative solutions.
  • Utilize coaching skills to support managers in navigating HR challenges.
  • Communicate confidently with individuals at all levels, employing a clear and engaging style.
  • Adapt flexibly to meet deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.
