HR Advisor | Salary up to £30,000

We're working with our market-leading retail client to recruit for a HR Advisor. If you're currently an HR Advisor looking for that next challenge, or a HR Coordinator ready to step up - this could be the role for you.

You'll cover all aspects of the people journey, concentrating on:

  • Advising on employment relations cases, helping to increase line manager HR/ER capability,
  • Helping line managers deal with the day-to-day HR queries

Key Responsibilities

You'll proactively identify and build important relationships across the organization and the wider business.

  • Supporting managers to increase their capability, delivering key people initiatives as part of the people agenda and drive engagement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR - ideally you'll either be CIPD qualified or working towards it
  • Experience with all aspects of employment tribunals
  • You'll have a customer-first mentality and be passionate about delivering excellent service
  • You'll love working at pace in an agile environment where things can change at any moment
  • You'll enjoy working collaboratively with a wide variety of people, winning as a team
