About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Learning Tree. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients and Learning Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to clients and Learning Consultants, resolving technical and facility issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the facilities and equipment are in good working order and that all courses are delivered to a high standard.
  • Work closely with our Learning Consultants to deliver high-quality training and support services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our service and product.
  • Collaborate with our service-managed office provider to resolve facility-related issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in a public, customer-facing role with a commitment to quality and frontline support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact productively and confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and online conferencing platforms.
  • Organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Punctual, flexible, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
