HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR Team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR Team to resolve employee queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
