Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Belkin International. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of HR lifecycle activities in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory: Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to employees and managers, ensuring the effective deployment of HR tools, processes, and policies.
  • Policy Deployment: Ensure the successful implementation of new global policies across the EMEA region, engaging stakeholders and communicating key actions.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Head of People EMEA to drive strategic and organizational change management initiatives, supporting key stakeholders in the region.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure the application of best-in-class processes across the business, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning and Development, Career and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Change Management.
  • Candidate Selection and Onboarding: Responsible for selecting and onboarding candidates, ensuring a smooth and quick integration into the company for all levels below senior department heads.
  • Financial Planning: Work closely with the business to develop annual budgets and forecasts for headcounts and personnel costs.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to Belkin's Values and Principles, as well as the Code of Conduct, at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch is desirable, but good English is essential. Any other European language is an added advantage.
  • Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a human resources advisory/HRBP role, preferably in an international environment. Demonstrated experience in working in an organized, accurate, and effective manner with HR-related administrative work and recruiting.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, proactive, accurate, and a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with problem-solving skills. Approachable personality with a customer/service focus. Well-organized with excellent planning and presentation skills.
