Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to drive the execution of HR lifecycle activities in the EMEA region. As the single point of contact for all HR queries, you will provide expert advice on organizational development, talent management, and change management. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of People EMEA in strategic initiatives and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Support and Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers to support on people-related topics, such as HR tools, processes, and policies.
  2. Policy Deployment: Ensure the deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating, and executing implementation actions within the area of responsibility.
  3. Strategic Change Management: Support the Head of People EMEA with strategic and organizational change management driven by key stakeholders in EMEA.
  4. Process Improvement: Ensure best-in-class processes are applied in the business, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning and Development, Career and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational development, and Change Management.
Requirements

We are seeking a strong, supportive, and personable HR professional who knows how to work with various key stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Fluency in English, with Dutch as a plus.
  3. Understanding of Payroll operations as it pertains to the HR partnership.
  4. Strong analytical skills, combined with good MS Excel knowledge.
  5. Understanding of employment law and its application in day-to-day work, company policy documentation, and staff welfare.
  6. Strong administrative skills, including payroll and benefits administration.
  7. Experience with Workday (HRIS) is an added advantage.
