**Who are we looking for?**:
The HRE is accountable through the business cycle for:

- Supporting the GHRM in the planning, delivery and maintenance of HR plans policies and procedures that enable the achievement of the budget and business goals.
- Working with key stakeholders and the GHRM to support the development of staff ensuring with have the required capabilities required to support the delivery of the business goals.
- Working with the GHRM and other stakeholders to effectively develop and maintain employee relationships, engagement and communication.

**Job Purpose**:
Support the Group HR Manager in the continued development and implementation of Amtivo’s human resource plans, practices and regulations that enable the business to meet the budget and business goals.

**Accountabilities**:
**Planning**:

- Support the GHRM in the planning, implementation andmanagement of Group Policies and Procedures. Maintaining legal compliance and effective communication across the Group to support the delivery of business goals.
- Support the GHRM in the planning, development and implementation of HR initiatives using existing business platforms to ensure employees are engaged, acting with integrity to communicate and uphold Group Values.
- Support the planning and deployment of the employee engagement strategy across the Group using existing tools and platforms to maintain and increase engagement metrics across the Group.

**Delivering**:

- Assist in performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, liaising with Team Leads offering sound advice in line with business procedures and reporting to the Acting with integrity to ensure accountabilities are delivered in line with company policy and current legislation.
- Process employee queries and respond on time, ensuring any common issues are raised with the GHRM to support and implement swift resolutions.
- Assist the GHRM in the integration of roles post-acquisition ensuring efficiency and integrity in line with the business goals and
- Assist in the successful implementation of new, Group-wide platforms ensuring delivery targets are met.

**Resourcing**:

- Support the development and implementation of effective training and onboarding plans, liaising with the GHRM, Resource Team and Team Leads to ensure a consistent approach across the Group to support the achievement of the budget and business
- Work with the GHRM to maintain relationships with external advisors to ensure the business has cost-effective expert advice in relation to employee relations.

**Reporting**:

- Support the GHRM and Finance Team in the payroll process, delivering accurate and timely reports each
- Maintain employee records ensuring reports are accurate.
- Stay up to date with current legislation to ensure Group compliance and report any changes to the GHRM. Mitigating any potential risks.

**Success criteria**:

- Supporting the resource plan, working with the GHRM and Resource Team to ensure we have sufficient resources enabling the business to achieve its budget and business
- Work with the GHRM and key stakeholders to support the ongoing delivery of the Group People Strategy that consistently meets quality and commercial
- Supporting effective response to plan changes across the Group with the GRHD.
