Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Aztrum. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive working for an MSP, specifically having sold Managed Services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
