Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed targets and increase business profit and revenue by identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for handling all incoming enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to identify and quote sales opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue.
  • Follow up on all quotes and finalise deals to ensure timely and efficient sales process.
  • Record all necessary data in CRM to track sales performance and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance is a must, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
