About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing support to our facilities management operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, and minor works.
  • Assist in the management of facilities management contracts, including monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a facilities management role, with a strong understanding of maintenance operations and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of facilities management software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
