About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Coordinator to join our team at Connect2Hampshire. As a Payment Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure they are dealt with courteously, promptly, and sensitively.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver accurate and helpful responses to customer queries.
  • Provide guidance and support to newer team members to help them develop their customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
