About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Coordinator to join our team at Connect2Hampshire. As a Payment Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring they are dealt with courteously, promptly, and sensitively.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Provide guidance and support to newer team members to help them develop their customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
