We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at 345 Technology. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and monthly client invoices.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide administrative support to management, including preparing the monthly reporting and Board pack.
- Reconcile invoice discounting facility and accounts receivable, maintaining a streamlined credit control process.
- Process accounts payable payments and handle payroll in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and efficient accounting system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, including payable/receivable management.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills and a knack for numbers, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software, including data analysis and reporting.
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- AAT qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role.
