As a vital member of the Finance and Accounts team, you will oversee the Accounts Payable process and engage in various facets of a bustling finance department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scrutinizing and reconciling incoming invoices
- Keeping meticulous records of all invoices and receipts
- Conducting transaction analysis to ensure adherence to financial policies
- Validating billing and requisition requests
- Processing invoices efficiently
- Addressing supplier inquiries and payment requests
- Encouraging timely payments from clients while fostering relationships with ongoing accounts
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in documentation
- Updating relevant financial forecasting spreadsheets
- Providing assistance to the Finance Team and Finance Director as needed
