About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on our range of products and services.
  • Contribute to the overall visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
