We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to become a part of our team as a Guest Services Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, significantly contributing to a remarkable and smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Efficiently manage guest requests and concerns, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls and emails, process reservations, and maintain accurate guest information.
- Support administrative functions such as billing, record maintenance, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a customer-facing position, preferably within the hospitality sector.

- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
