Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Derby. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new and existing relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Higher level education
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Proficient with Excel and MS Word
  • Strong sales skills, including effective questioning, overcoming objections, and closing sales
  • Ability to use initiative to support overcoming problems with solutions
  • Able to cultivate relationships at different levels
  • Commercial acumen, with industry knowledge advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills
