**Job Title:** Deputy Director of Operations and Performance
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Director of Operations and Performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the Find & Treat Service and managing the administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:- **Operational Support:** Provide day-to-day operational support to the Find & Treat Service, including being the first point of contact for issues and queries.
- **Performance Management:** Support the delivery of performance targets, including activity and workforce metrics.
- **Service User Experience:** Support the improvement of service user experiences and develop strategies for effective reporting and communication.
- **Private Income Streams:** Support the Operations Manager in maximising private income streams.
- **Initiatives:** Lead on initiatives to reduce clinic cancellations and improve staff and service user feedback metrics.
- **Line Management:** Line manage two Band 4 Administrators.
- **Team Culture:** Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting and inspiring junior team members.
- **Organisational Skills:** Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- **Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
