The Customer Support Specialist position offers a hands-on opportunity for individuals with a proactive attitude to integrate into our established team. You will collaborate to effectively address technical inquiries from customers and troubleshoot issues via phone communication.

CAME Entrotec, a leader in the design and manufacturing of door entry solutions, has a strong reputation in the UK residential and commercial sectors. We specialize in high-quality audio and video door entry systems, concierge solutions, and access control technologies.

With over three decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative systems tailored to meet specific client needs, ensuring the safety and security of properties and communities.

We seek a team-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, who pays close attention to detail and possesses a strong desire to learn. As a business-to-business organization, fostering positive relationships with our clients and providing outstanding service is crucial to our ongoing success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver first-line telephone support to our trade installer clientele.
  • Exhibit the capability to diagnose issues remotely in a systematic and logical manner.
  • Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of door entry and access control systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven customer service expertise, particularly in assisting clients over the phone.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and articulate technical product information.
  • Experience in the installation and support of technical products, ideally within the access control sector.
  • Advanced understanding of electrical principles, practices, and standards.
  • Motivation and ambition, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
