About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to our clients, including managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, performance management, and process improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze customer service metrics and provide regular reports to management on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
