Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to our clients, including managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, performance management, and process improvement.
