Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Facilitate client retention and satisfaction through quality creative output and excellent operational and servicing standards.
- Campaign Management: Manage client campaigns from start to finish, including creator sourcing, content review, and campaign performance tracking.
- Creator Sourcing and Management: Source and manage a network of creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Creative Briefing and Content Review: Develop and issue creative briefs, review content for quality and compliance, and provide feedback to creators.
- Campaign Performance and Tracking: Work closely with the Manager to track campaign performance, update campaign trackers, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in the creator and influencer landscape.
- Skills: Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a creative and curious mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
