Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 3R Truck Service. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing administrative assistance to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with data entry, email management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Fluent Mandarin and English speaker, Russian is highly advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Lotus Notes or Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
