Role Summary

As a Client Services Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing ISS's vision of becoming a premier service organization.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with clients and ISS team members to ensure the effective delivery of services across our clients' corporate office networks.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing, strategizing, and coordinating service operations to achieve both financial and operational objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a motivating environment that inspires both your team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, strategize, and coordinate service operations to meet established financial and operational performance goals.
  • Promote and integrate excellence in customer service and delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within both ISS and partner teams.
  • Identify, lead, and implement change initiatives within the account to ensure best practices are disseminated throughout the contract.
  • Achieve financial and operational KPIs, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain strong health and safety performance through effective management and development of a high-performing team and subcontracted resources.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Significant experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple sites and large-scale operations.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations or businesses with revenues exceeding £3 million.
  • Proficient problem solver with a commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Financially savvy with a strong understanding of commercial principles.
  • Competent in IT applications with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in adhering to strict KPIs and SLAs.
