Role Summary
This is a remarkable opportunity for an individual who excels in cultivating and enhancing client relationships, particularly with a background in production firms and automotive clientele.
In this role, you will report to an Account Director and will be responsible for mentoring at least one junior team member. Being a confident leader and a supportive manager is essential to maintaining the agency's outstanding culture and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in developing client relationships and delivering high-quality work while adhering to project briefs.
- Building trust with clients to expand their projects and budgets, thereby maximizing account profitability.
- Overseeing the daily execution of campaigns, creating innovative solutions, and collaborating effectively with commercial and production teams.
- Managing a steady stream of project briefs while maintaining energy, resilience, and creativity.
- Identifying and acting on new and emerging trends, possessing in-depth knowledge of the client's business.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in a media or production-focused agency, particularly with a strong emphasis on production.
- Familiarity with channels such as TV, photography, videography, and social media.
- Proven experience with automotive clients is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing a team of two or more individuals.
- Track record of managing clients from initial concept through to delivery.
- Ability to work independently while overseeing multiple campaigns for the same client.
- Experience managing substantial budgets and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
Additional Benefits:
- Performance-based bonuses with no cap.
