Job Summary
The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of operational delivery across various client sites in the South. This includes ensuring high levels of health and safety, managing catering and events services, and delivering small works projects in a timely and budget-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of escalation for operational delivery and customer issues.
- Responsible for operational delivery across the area of responsibility, ensuring high levels of health and safety, including catering and events services.
- Manage and deliver small works projects in a timely and budget-friendly manner.
- Internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
- Ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations through documented service level agreements.
- Support customer variable budgets to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure financial responsibility for required service streams, including controlling and managing budgets.
- Line management responsibility for individuals delivering services.
- Ensure all clients receive consistent, first-class delivery of service.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 products.
- Supplier management.
- Multi-site regional facilities management delivery.
