Position: Office Coordinator

Location: South East London

Proper Recruitment is pleased to present an Office Coordinator position for a prominent independent estate agency seeking to enhance their team in South East London.

This role is office-based and operates Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales and lettings teams as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Engage with external partners and service providers.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media, email outreach, and property listings.
  • Ensure client records and property data are accurately maintained in the company database.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the branch, ensuring timely and precise completion of all documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • A professional demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
  • Familiarity with the property market and relevant legislation regarding sales and lettings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM software.

Compensation:

  • £26,000 - £29,000
