About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at REalyse, a leading provider of PropTech SaaS solutions. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers, and negotiate contracts to meet REalyse's sales targets.
  • Product Demonstration and Training: Demonstrate REalyse's PropTech SaaS solutions to prospective customers, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to REalyse's leadership team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the PropTech or real estate technology industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or real estate.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £50-£70K base salary, depending on experience.
  • Commission and Bonus: 10% commission per month, and up to 15% accelerator on sales above target.
