Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As an ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Processing and following up on booking requests
  • Mastering and promoting our offer and loyalty program
  • Developing revenue and sales

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Guest-oriented and a problem solver
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, outgoing, caring, and audacious

As a Guest Service Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to grow with our company and develop your skills through our induction and integration journey. We're committed to promoting diversity and this position is open to everyone.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is preferable, but not essential. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and has a strong work ethic.

This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week with a rotating roster of early and late shifts. You'll need to be available to work weekdays and weekends.
