About the Role:

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting our organisation's growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support across various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR administration, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure seamless communication.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new joiners and leavers.

• Assist in the preparation of payroll inputs and ensure benefits administration is carried out efficiently, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.

• Provide key administrative support in areas such as employee data management, policy updates, and maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Assist with ongoing HR projects, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organisational performance.

About You:

• Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
