Fletcher Moorland are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers around the clock. We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Night Shift Customer Service Administrator to join our team. If you are a night owl with excellent customer service and administrative skills, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with external couriers to ensure timely collection and delivery of customer goods
- Liaise with suppliers to source and order spares as required by engineers
- Respond to customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
