- Weekly telesales to obtain and process customer orders, printing off invoices and delivery notes and arranging into delivery routes.
- Chasing up Customer overdue debts and processing customer payments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide support to staff members as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Proficiency in using an accounting system is preferable (Sage One)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A friendly, professional, reliable and punctual individual is essential
- Required 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
Times starting at 9am - 4.30pm
