**Customer Service Administrator - Stoke-on-Trent**

Working within Holdcroft’s buoys body shop, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service expertise will contribute to the overall success of our automotive services.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

**Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator**:

- Welcome customers into the body shop and assist with all enquiries, appointment scheduling and service related information.
- Manage the scheduling for vehicle repairs, coordinating with technicians, allocating resources and setting up job cards in a timely manner ensuring the customer is kept informed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle details and repair orders. Prepare and process invoices, estimates and other related documents.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and accounts, to streamline operations.
- Comply with company GDPR policies at all times when processing and handling customer data.

**Required skills as a Customer Service Administrator**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask with a varied workload.
- IT and computer literate.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is record-keeping.
- Knowledge and understanding of working within the motor industry or similar.
