We have registered an exciting role with this impressive local organisation The Operations Administrator will play a vital key role in planning and ensuring the delivery of a world-class academic experience across a number of locations in the UK.

This role is an office-based role for a 40-hour week, ongoing until Mid-August. Some evenings and weekends will be required.

**Operations Administrator Responsibilities**

As the Operations Administrator some of your duties will include:

- Coordinating with other Operations team members to ensure positive customer experience is delivered across all locations and programmes
- Coordinating the Health and Safety procedures
- Maintaining good rapport with external and internal contractors
- Handling multiple budgets in relation to the delivery of programmes
- The coordination of overall planning of multiple programmes as they hit key deadlines throughout the year.
- Training campus staff to carry-out programmes
